IT'S THE BOMB!!! Jun 16, 2010
By Don Weber
I'VE HAD LOTS OF HAMMOCKS OVER THE YEARS, BUT THIS IS UNDOUBTEDLY THE BEST PORTABLE I'VE FOUND.
IN FACT I BOUGHT ONE AND HAD TO BUY ANOTHER ONE AS I DIDN'T WANT TO BE WITHOUT.
THE FRAME IS HEAVY DUTY STEEL, (not like most portables that are cheap and flimsy), WITH RUBBER ON THE GROUND SUPPORTS TO PROTECT YOUR DECK AND MAKES IT VERY STABLE. IT SETS UP AND BREAKS DOWN IN A FEW MINUTES AND IT EASILY ADJUSTS TO EVERY-ONES FORM.
I AM 6'4", 220 LBS, (this will support a big guy with comfort), THE DOUBLE NETTING ON THE BED IS LUSCIOUS AND IT'S HARD TO STAY AWAKE IN IT AS THE HEAVY DUTY BEARINGS ON THE NET SUPPORT ROCKS YOU TO SLEEP WITH THE SLIGHTEST BREEZE.
THIS EASILY SETS UP AND STORES, AND HAS A DURABLE STUFF BAG THAT WILL TAKE ANY BEATING YOU CAN GIVE IT.
WHETHER YOUR AT THE BEACH, LAKE, POOLSIDE, DECK, OR BACK-YARD YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.
EVER-ONE SHOULD HAVE ONE, AND ONCE YOU DO YOU WILL AGREE......."IT'S THE BOMB"!!!!

Great Folding Hammock - Highly Recommended! Feb 16, 2010
By C. Hill
This "Foldable Hammock" greatly exceeded my expectations! A link to this was posted on an website that I like as joke for people who want to knock off at work, but it seemed like it would be a good gift for my wife (not because she would slack at work, she owns a small business). We live in a very rural area and like to spend time outside at parks and on Appalachian Trail (which runs a few miles from our house) and we usually make a day of it when we head out. This hammock will make these outings much more relaxing. These come in several different colors and from different sellers and we bought the black one (which qualified for "Prime" shipping from Amazon), but the color doesn't effect performance. Here are my observations:
+ EASY to Setup; just unfold the fully connected frame, select the height and width settings (making sure they match on all sides), and connect the netting
+ High Quality; this is well made and very strong, we loaded it up with 360lbs (two teen aged kids) and it held fine
+ Comfortable; We range from 5'3" to 5"10" and 165lbs to 240lbs - all of us find it comfortable (see picture in "Customer Images"), but vary in ease of getting in\out of it (the kids are much faster)
+ Foldable; the frame folds to about the size of a foldable chair and fits easily into the included sturdy carrying case, while the netting fits into a pocket on the outside of the case
- Strong Chemical Smell; the netting came with a strong smell that has significantly dissipated over time, but it took a few days
- No Instructions; not sure if it was just missed on ours, but there were no instructions included at all. As noted above, setup was so easy we didn't need them but care and safety directions would have been nice to have
* The protective plastic on the frame was a pain to remove
* The plastic end caps tend to pop out, making it important to check that you have them before packing up
Overall, this is well made and convenient portable hammock that should last a very long time. I will likely like buy at least one more of these now that we know how good they are.

happy in the hammock Jan 30, 2013

what a GREAT idea this is -- a hammock with stand that can be easily folded and stored for the winter or taken into the house for a fun sleepover with the little grandkids who like to sleep in it. I adore it! The hammock itself is cool and comfortable mesh and swings easily, but it's really the stand that is solid and stands well on the lawn area or on the patio of our house. Another nice feature is that the hammock can be easily flipped and rinsed off with a hose and dries in minutes. Would be great for camping too. I didn't much like the color of the stand, so I just spray painted it with a nice neutral outdoor paint that cost only about $5. I'm going to get a second one.

ucomfortable Jun 03, 2012
By N Husain
was nice wile for a little while, but compared to other nicer hammocks this one isnt very comfortable to sit in. it folds up ok, but it kind of annoying to do
the size is ok but not for very tall people.
its also very low to the ground.
not the most comfortable thing to sit in.

Portable Apr 11, 2011
+ Can take out of bag and be relaxing in under a minute
+ not much bigger than portable chair when in bag. maybe a foot longer and not too heavy (about the weight of two chairs)
- hammock could be a tad longer
but that's a sacrifice made in the name of portability
